Live At Nine features front man and lead vocalist/keyboardist “Nico” who has performed and lived
the Chicago blues scene. He is also a virtuoso keyboard player. Nico's vocal stylings enable
the band to play a broad musical repertoire ranging from Live at Nine originals to the stylings of
Dave Matthews. Nico is the band architect and he has pulled together an amazing group of
musicians that make every song their own and every performance a unique experience!

Gator is Live at Nine's lead guitar player. Mike is a phenomenal musician who can make his
guitar sing on a Santana solo or rock the house on a Clapton tune. He is well known in the
Milwaukee scene and has played with a number of bands over the past 15 years. He is also a
great singer and really gets the crowd on their feet singing Ray Charles. Mike has taught guitar
for over two decades and constantly pushes himself to stay current and relevant!

tremendous bass player, he does a terrific job singing backup harmonies or rockin' it singing ZZ
Top. Ron is active in the Southeastern, WI music scene.

bari saxphone and studied music at the University of North Dakota and performed in their Jazz
band. John has an amazing style that fuses jazz with classic rock. His rendition of Bob Seger's
"Turn the Page" gets everyone on the dance floor. He has played in big bands, jazz ensembles,
blues and rock bands over the years. John is a studio musician who has recorded many songs
with local and national artiists.

trumpet, flugelhorn and latin percussion. Steve studied music at Wayne State University in
Motown and has performed in many big band, jazz and classic rock bands in the Midwest. He

audiences with his sound, energy and technique.

drums and jazz vibraphone. Dave has performed internationally and is a music fixture in the
Milwaukee music scene. He adds a unique jazz feel to his rock performances and locks in the
Live at Nine rhythm section. Dave is proficient in music theory and teaches drum performance in
the Lake Country area.

Pat is Live at Nine's newest member playing keys as well vocals on a number of Live at Nine
tunes. Pat adds an amazing blues and funk feel that really compliments the band's sound. Pat
has a flare to his style and the crowd's really enjoy his performances. He has toured nationally
with the 80's band the Talking Heads as well as many other progressive rock bands. Pat is a
composer, songwriter and music educator and has written quite a few originals. Live at Nine is
really jazzed to have him in the band!
